Zusammenfassung:The farming industry has entered into a new phase with the WTO introducing a concept of free trade and opening the Agri-food market in many countries to the rest of the world. In Korea, this trend has become a threat to the local industry due to downturn in the local farming industry. In response to this situation, Korea has developed Agri-food exports and provided new challenges and opportunities to the local industry. There have been many studies regarding agricultural exports since the field expands the local agricultural market to overseas markets and therefore increases income as well as improves infrastructure of the local farming industry for the long term. Plans for agricultural exports go beyond marketing strategies to create a new market. In agricultural exports, it is important to establish a system to immediately react to changes in demand from overseas markets and product standards. Moreover, consolidation and upgrading of logistics in terms of delivery, storage, and customs inspection is essential in order to increase competitiveness. In light of this, this study suggests introduction of SCM so as to enhance agriculture exports in Korea. The study also introduces measures to activate agricultural exports. KCI Citation Count: 0
