Zusammenfassung:In this paper, the correction efficiency for the shape difference between a deformable mirror and a wavefront image is investigated in the wavefront correction by using simulated deformable mirrors. Two circular bimorph deformable mirrors having 31 actuators and 55 actuators are modeled by using a finite element analysis. For the experiments, three shapes of wavefront images (circular,square, and modified square) are used. The correction results by using circular deformable mirrors for wavefronts with different shapes are described in this paper. KCI Citation Count: 1
