한국 프로야구에서 새로운 승률제의 제안

프로야구 정규리그의 팀순위는 합리적인 기준에 따라 정해져야 함에도 불구하고 2011년 현재 한국 프로야구에서는 비합리적인 일본식 방식이 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 한국 프로야구에서 사용된 적이 있는 팀순위 결정 방식들의 장점들을 조합하여 만든 새로운 승률 계산 방식을 제안하였다. 또한 기존의 방식들과 제안된 방식을 과거와 현재의 한국 프로야구 자료에 적용하여 그 결과를 관찰하였다. Team standings in the regular professional baseball league should be determined based on a reasonable criterion; however, an unreasonable Japanese method is being used in Korea as of 2011. In this paper, we suggest a new method of computing the percentage of victories constructed by combining the advantages of the methods to determine team standings used in Korean professional baseball. We also have applied preexistent methods and suggested method to past and present Korean professional baseball data.
