Zusammenfassung: | Minimal invasive surgery using endoscopic clipping devices is widely used in the treatment of hemorrhages and perforations in the gastro-intestinal tract. Although endoscopic clipping devices have been used for over 30 years and have undergone continuous development, there is still a need to improve their functions. In response to this, new mechanisms for multi-functional endoscopic clipping devices have been developed in this study. Dynamic simulation is performed to analyze the mechanical behavior of the developed clipping device. Optimization of the clip spring location to maximize clipping forces is also achieved by finite element analysis. |
