Adult-Onset Alexander Disease With Late-Presenting Vestibulopathy: A Case Report

we present the first case of adult-onset AxDwith late-presenting vestibulopathy. Although motor symptomssuch as ataxia and spastic paraparesis are common in patientswith adult-onset AxD, it is important to consider associated ocularmotor findings, particularly in cases involving the cervicomedullaryregions.
