Zusammenfassung: | An array of ZnO nano-rods has been grown on dielectric layer of plasma display panel (PDP) via a solution reaction route. The nano-rods were coated with MgO protecting layer and test panels were prepared. Effects of ZnO nano-rods on discharge characteristics of PDP were investigated by measuring discharge voltages, luminance and luminance efficiency of the panel. The results demonstrated that the performance of PDP could be improved significantly by the use of ZnO nano-rods underneath MgO layer. |
