Analyses the ethical issues involved from the viewpoint of five different people in the fictional case of a plastic helmet manufacturer found to be producing a faulty product - the CEO and CFO of the helmet company, the CEO of the plastics supplier, the plant supervisor, and the plant worker who first raised the initial concerns about the product fault.
