The editor of this book is well known for his work in the Rancho Los Amigos and Sharp rehabilitation centers. His career spans several decades of intensive endeavor. His definition of the title of this book is already on record: "A high level of development is urgently needed to provide orthopedic care for patients with chronic diseases that involve the neuromuscular skeletal system.
