Zusammenfassung: | The editors have combined with 10 additional authors (all current or former members of the Massachusetts General Hospital's Department of Radiology) to produce this fine contribution to Golden's Diagnostic Radiology Series. This book is a relatively comprehensive yet easily read review. Clinical and pathologic correlation is assisted by the use of separate chapters reviewing the pathology of diverticular disease, ulcerative and Crohn's colitis, and tumors of the colon. These chapters are smoothly integrated with pertinent clinical material. Controversial techniques and ideas are presented in a relatively unbiased fashion.
