Zusammenfassung: | In order to plan a new websites, this study use 'seven tools for new product planning' to clarify the direction for planning a new websites and optimize concept. By using the group interview to raise hypotheses of websites. To verify those hypotheses obtained from Interview Survey, the Questionnaire Survey was conducted. Moreover, in order to hold the condition of websites market, Positioning Analysis was conducted by using the data obtained from the Questionnaire Survey, and the planning direction for a new websites is clarified. Depend on this planning direction, 208 original ideas are generated, then in order to select more promising ones, a Weighting Evaluation is used. Finally, optimize product concept by using Conjoint Analysis. |
