P-11 Evaluation of Skin Irritation of Colored Cosmetics by 3D-Histoculture

Animals testing is difficult for a judgment of colored cosmetics, because animal testing takes down a judgment to color skin in observation. But 3D-histoculture useful of the biological assay, a judgment was possible. We evaluated lipstick, manicure and eye shadow in 3D-histoculture, manicure showed high irritation. There is potency of establishment of evaluation about the colored cosmetics that evaluation by animal test was difficult in a thing using 3D-hisotculture in this studies.
