A New Secoiridoid Glucoside from Brucea amarissima

A new secoiridoid glucoside, 6'-O-trans-p-coumaroyloleuropein (1), was isolated from the leaves of Brucea amarissima (Simaroubaceae), together with two known ones, ligustroside (2) and oleuropein (3), and their structures elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
