Chemical Constituents of Whole Plants of Dodartia orientalis L. and Their Inhibitory Effects on the Release of β-Hexosaminidase

Eight iridoids, two monoterpenoids, two diterpenoids, eleven triterpenoids, and four phenylethanoid glucosides were isolated from the whole herb of Dodartia orientalis L. (Scrophulariaceae). Some triterpenoids showed inhibitory activity on the release of β-hexosaminidase from RBL-2H3 cells.
