Zusammenfassung:The biochemical studies has been done in reactive proliferative gliosis tissues after slasched onto one side of frontal lobe of rat brain. The present paper was studied about Phospholipid metabolism in this slashed brain tissues. These results were demonstrated as following: 1) Lipid Phosphorus contents were decreased in reactive proliferative gliosis tissues as compared with in normal rat brain tissues. 2) Inorganic ^^32 P, which was injected intracisternally into brain tissues, was incorporated into Phosphatidil-Inocitide in thirty minutes after injection. ^^32 P incorporation values into Phosphatidil-Inocitide of gliosis tissues was not changeable comparing with the control. Tweinty-four hours after injection, however, ^^32 P incorporation values into Phosphatidil-Inocitide of gliosis tissues was decreased rapidly as compared with the control. However, ^^32 P incorporation values into PhosphatidilEthanolamine of gliosis was especially increased as compared with the control. 3) In microsomal fruction, of gliosis tissues and the control tissues, the same examination was done, and results was not changeable. As mentioned above, these Phospholipin metabolism of proliferative gliosis tissues might be related to various functional disordcr in post injured brain tissues.
