Zusammenfassung:Recently, the results of an irradiation to brain tumors have risen and the side effects have reduced with improvement of apparatus and irradiated method due to development of the physical engineering and with biological study for an irradiation. First, it is hard to decide, however, effects of irradiation, from the survival rate only, because brain tumors have various kinds and different character. Secondly, the nature of disturbance of normal brain tissue surrounding tumor by irradiation is not distinct. This study is to observe changes of some substances in cerebrospinal fluid during the certain period of time of irradiation. Materials were the group of glioma received decompression and the group of pituitary adenoma carried out subcapsular removal and indicators were enzymes (LDH & GOT) and fatty acid.
