Zusammenfassung: | Five female subjects participated in this study to investigate the preferred thermal environment and comfort in the bathroom with heater. The temperature and wind velocity in the bathroom were controllable by the subject who could achieve thermal comfort while bathing. As a results, (1) the mean of the preferred air temperatures in the bathroom was more than 30 degrees, and that of the preferred surface temperature of floor in the bathroom was more than 27 degrees; (2) it is shown that the vote of "comfort" selected when the air temperatures in the bathroom was more than 25 degrees while bathing, and that the vote of "uncomfort" selected when the air temperatures in the changingroom was 30 degrees after bathing; (3) the blood pressure decreased while bathing and increased after bathing. The heart rate was shown individual variations. In conclusion, (1) the preferred air temperature was more than 25 degrees in the bathroom; (2) it is indicated that it is necessary to control the heater by movement of bathing. |
