Zusammenfassung:The book examines the automation of legal risk management, addressing the question: "To what extent is it possible to automate the prevention of disputes?" It introduces preventive law and explores how argumentation theory combined with technologies such as data science and artificial intelligence will advance contract risk management. A key contribution is the development of the Onassis Ontology to automate contracts based on communications and risk data. The research highlights the Bow-Tie Method for visualising legal risk and enhancing end user trustworthiness. Additionally, the thesis explores preventive legal arguments and how they will influence the shift from reactive to proactive legal strategies. The findings show that automating dispute prevention is achievable, particularlyfor simpler legal cases, with the potential to scale as data and technology evolve.
