망막정맥분지폐쇄에서 폐쇄부위에 따른 황반순환상태

저자들은 망막정맥분지폐쇄로 진단받고 6개월 이상 추적관찰이 가능했던 34명 34안을 대상으로 형광안저사진과 안저사진을 토대로 정맥폐쇄의 위치에 따라 제1분지폐쇄군 17명 17안과 제2분지이상폐쇄군 17명 17안으로 나누어 황반순환상태 즉 중심와주위 모세혈관망의 보존여부와 황반허혈정도와의 관계에 대하여 조사하였다. 망막폐쇄의 위치는 황반순환에 영향을 주지 않았으며 초진시력, 최종시력, 그리고 시력증진과도 관련이 없었다. 그러나 중심와주위 모세혈관망의 보존유무와 허혈정도에 따라서 초진시력은 차이를 보였으나 최종시력 및 시력증진정도는 차이를 보이지 않았다(한안지 41:1556~1562,2000). We did clinical analysis on the macular circulatory state in 34 patients(34 eyes) who were diagnosed to have branch retinal vein occlusion and followed for over 6 months. After dividing them into two groups according to their occlusion sites, we evaluated the differences of foveal capillary ring state and size of macular ischemic area between the ones who had vein occlusion in their first retinal branches and the others in their second and the rest retinal branches. We were unable to find any differences between them. However, we could find statistical correlation between their visual acuities in acute stage of the disease and macular circulatory states even though we could not find any differences between their final visual acuities or egree of their visual improvement and circulatory states during follow up period(J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 41:1556~1562,2000).
