Zusammenfassung:Postpartum cerebral angiopathy[PPCA] is a benign and, reversible cerebrovascular disease in the postpartum period. The authors report here a 29-year-old woman who had severe headache, very poor consciousness and visual disturbances as the symptoms of PPCA. The clinical and radiological evaluation and treatment of this patient are disscussed.
