Zusammenfassung: | The commercial $V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2$ catalysts which had been exposed to the off gas from incinerator for a long time were remanufactured by washing with distilled water and arid solution and reimpregnation with catalytic active components($V_2O_5-WO_3$). The catalytic properties and NOx conversion reactivity of those catalysts were examined by analysis equipment and NOx conversion experiment. Under the experimental condition used in this study, the remanufactured catalysts activated by distilled water ultra sonic cleaning, the catalytic activity was recovered in the range of $66{\sim}93%$ of that of the fresh and the maximum activity was showed when the ultra sonic cleaning time was more than 3 minutes. The remanufactured catalysts by acid solution ultra sonic cleaning, the catalytic activity was recovered in the range of $81{\sim}97%$ of that of the fresh catalyst and the maximum catalytic activity was shooed when the pH of the acid solution was 5. The remanufactured catalysts by reimpregnation with $V_2O_5$ and $WO_3$, the catalytic activity was recovered in the range of $87{\sim}100%$ of that of the fresh catalyst. Maximum catalytic activity was showed when the $V_2O_5$ was reimpregnated more than 1.0 wt %. In this case, the catalytic activity was recovered 97% of that of the fresh catalyst especially at the $150^{\circ}C$ of the experimental temperature. 소각장 off gas에 장기간 노출이 되어 활성이 저하된 상용 $V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2$ 촉매를 대상으로 증류수 및 산성용액에 의한 초음파 세척과 촉매환성성분인 $V_2O_5$, $WO_3$의 재함침을 수행하여 촉매를 재제조 하였다. 촉매의 특성 분석을 통해 재제조된 촉매의 물성변화를 확인하였고 질소산화물(NOx) 전환반응 실험을 수행하여 촉매활성변화를 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서 적용된 실험조건에서 증류수 초음파 세척을 통해 재제조된 촉매의 경우 촉매의 NOx 전환활성이 fresh 촉매의 NOx 전환활성의 $66{\sim}93%$ 수준까지 회복되었고 초음파 세척시간이 3분 이상이 되었을 때 최대의 촉매활성을 나타내었다. 산성용액 초음파세척에 의해 재제조된 촉매의 경우 촉매의 NOx 전환활성이 fresh 촉매의 NOx 전환활성의 $81{\sim}97%$ 수준까지 회복되었고 질산 및 황산용액 모두 용액의 pH가 5이였을 때 최대의 활성을 나타내었다. 촉매활성성분인 $V_2O_5$, $WO_3$ 재함침에 의해 재제조된 촉매의 경우 촉매의 NOx 전환활성이 fresh 촉매의 NOx 전환활성의 $87{\sim}100%$ 수준까지 회복되었고 재함침된 $V_2O_5$의 양이 1 wt % 이상이었을 때 최대의 활성을 나타내었다. 특히 이 경우 저온 온도영역인 $150^{\circ}C$에서 촉매의 환성이 fresh 촉매의 NOx 전환활성의 97% 수준까지 회복되는 것을 알 수 있었다. |
