Zusammenfassung:It was developed the oxygen sensor of air-fuel ratio measuring system that was controlled the needed air amounts in optimum combustion according to the analysis of oxygen concentration of exhaust gas. The oxygen sensor was prepared by using gold as cathode, which the detection range for the oxygen concentration was from 0.0% to 30.0%. Response time was observed 15 to 20 sec. rapidly and selectively. It was appeared a good result in reproducibility and stability. 연소배기가스의 성분중 산소의 농도를 분석하여 적정연소에 필요한 공기량을 조절 할 수 있는 공연비 측정시스템의 산소센서를 개발하였다. 금환원전극을 이용한 갈바니식 산소센서를 제조하였고, 산소농도 측정범위는 0~30% $O_2$이다. 응답시간은 15~20초로 매우 빠르게 선택적으로 나타내었다. 센서의 재현성 및 안정성 면에서 매우 좋은 결과를 나타내었다.
