Total numbers of plant written in chinese names were 635. Among them only 432 entries were able to be classified by elucidation of several references. They were classified as eight Divisions, 13 Classes, nine Subclasses, 60 Orders, 38 Suborders, 119 Families, 304 Genera, 377 Species with 25 Varieties and one Forma. According to the category of division, the Angiospermae was the largest group of 94 Families, 276 Genera, 348 Species, 24 Varieties and one Forma, whereas only one Genus and one Species belonged to Fungi and the Gymnospermae.
