Zusammenfassung:A method for regioselective mono-carbonylation of halobenzyl halide is described. Alkyl halophenylacetate is easily prepared by carbonylating a benzylic halide of halobenzyl halide in the presence of catalytic amount of cobalt carbonyl, a base, and an alcohol under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide. The base plays a decisive role in the selectivity of product and NEt$_3$ is the best one among bases used. 할로벤질할라이드의 위치선택적 카르보닐화에 대한 방법을 검토하였다. 할로겐화 페닐아세트산 알킬은 상압의 일산화탄소 촉매량의 코발트카르보닐, 염기 및 알코올 존재하에서 할로겐화 할로벤질의 벤질 부분 할라이드를 카르보닐화 함으로써 쉽게 합성된다. 염기는 생성물의 선택성에 결정적인 역할을 하며, NEt$_3$가 사용된 염기 중에서 가장 좋았다.
