| Zusammenfassung: | The present studies were investigated to find out the uterus contractive components and action mechanism of contractive components. We observed that the contractive components of Dianthi Herba were extracted with methanol and dissolved in butanol. The butanol extracts of Dianthi Herba increased uterus contractility, and fraction 2 obtained from butanol extract was more powerful than other fractions. This action was not blocked by atropine, papaverine, prazosin, propranolol, chlorpheniramine, methysergide and diltiazem in vitro. |
