슬관절 전치환술 후 발생한 지연성 동맥 폐쇄 및 신경 마비

슬관절 전치환술 후 발생하는 신경 마비는 드문 합병증이고, 보통은 국소 압박 또는 심한 변형과 관련이 있다. 많은 경우 신경 마비의 원인은 불명이며 드물게 혈관 합병증과 연관이 있는 경우도 있다. 저자들은 슬관절 전치환술 후 발생한 지연성 혈관 폐쇄 및 신경 마비 1예를 보고하고자 한다. Nerve palsy after total knee arthroplasty is a rare complication and this is usually associated with local nerve compression or severe deformity of the knee. In many cases, the cause of nerve palsy was unknown and this is rarely associated with vascular complication. We report here on a case of the patient who had nerve palsy and delayed arterial occlusion after total knee arthroplasty.
