최근 10년간 충남대학교병원 부인암 등록 환자의 분석

목적 : 본 연구는 부인암 등록환자를 자궁경부암, 난소암, 자궁암으로 분류하여 등록빈도, 조직병리학적 특징, 병기에 따른 치료방법 등을 조사함으로써 좀 더 나은 부인암 환자의 처치를 얻고자 이 분석을 시행하였다. 연구방법 : 1993년 1월 1일부터 2002년 12월 31일까지 충남대 병원에서 부인암으로 진단을 받고 일차치료를 시행한 환자 941명을 대상으로 후향적 의무기록 분석을 시행하였다. 타 병원에서 진단 및 일차치료를 시행 후 내원한 경우와 본 Objectives : This study was undertaken to analyze the clinical features, histological types and the mode of treatment of gynecologic cancers.
