만성 B 형 간염 환자에서 발병한 간의 원발성 림프종 1 예

Primary lymphoma of the liver is very rare. We report a case of primary B-cell lymphoma of the liver in a 61-year-old man who had chronic hepatitis B. The patient presented with hepatomegaly, abnormal results of liver function test, and high level of LDH. Abdominal CT showed multiple small hypodense nodules scattered in the both lobes of the liver. Small lymphocytic malignant B-cell lymphoma was confimed by percutaneous liver biopsy. There was no evidence of lymphoma in other regions. He was treated with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristin, prednisolon)-combination chemotherapy and showed a very good partial response after completion of the chemotherapy.
