It has been known but not widely that there is no difference in efficacy and incidence of complications during hemodialysis between with first use membrane and with reuse membrane. So we examined symptoms and incidence of complications during hemodialysis in 1st use 2392 numbers and reuse 2515 numbers on 34 patients with chronic renal failure who had taken regu- lar hemodialysis at National Medical Center.
