Zusammenfassung:Primary malignant melanoma(PMM) of the lung is a rare neoplasm;to date there have been approximately 20 cases reported in the literature. A case of PMM of the lung in a 60-year-old male presented. A 2.5cm solitary mass in the right lower pulmonary lobe was discovered on a chest x-ray done for hemoptysis. The patient underwent right lower lobectomy for cure. Multiple detailed physical examinations did not disclose any primary lesions. We report one of the few cases of apparently PMM documented by both clinical and histological examination. Key Words: Pulmonary , Primary tumor , Melanoma
