Zusammenfassung:This is a clinical analysis of 45 cases of atresia of jejunum and ileum which had been exper- ienced fro'm January 1982 to December 1991 at the department of Pediatric Surgery, Seoul Na- tional University Hospital. There were 18 cases of jejunal atresia, 23 cases of ileal atresia and 4 cases of both sites. Jeju- nal atresia cases were compared with ileal atresia statistically by Fishers exact test. There were no statistical difference in gestational age, birth weight, sex ratio, associated anomaly, mortality, and duration of TPN.(Korean J Gastroenterol 1994; 26: 90 94)
