Zusammenfassung:Solid and papillary epithelial tumor that occurs chiefly in young woman. It is amenable to surgical resection and cure. Recurrence after operation and distant metastasis are rare. But, a few cases with recurrence or distant metastasis have been reported. We have encounted a case of solid and papillary tumor of the pancreas with distant metastasis and recurrence 7 years after resection in 34 years old female, so report it.
