So located, the synovium was known to he prevented from impirvement. During flexion and extension movements of the, the knee joint by space filler effect of tnenisci. While there are rnany reports on the impingement between the patella and femoral condyle, like in the plica eyclroine ancd Hoffas disease (infrapatellar fat plicf sydrorne), there is no report on the synovial impigment between the menniscus and the femoral condyle. We experienced the syniovial impigment between the femoral condyle meniscus in 52-year-old man complaining of' Iateral knee joint plain with positive McMurray test, and report with review of the literature. |
