Growing Skull Fracture with Infratentorial and Supratentorial Components

Growing skull fracture is one of the rare complications of head injury. It is generally encountered in infancy and the early childhood period. The reported incidence for GSFs is between 0.05 and 1.6. Details of a case involving GFS is reported.
