Zusammenfassung:This study shows that by making the best possible use of each of our energy resources and by eliminating waste in all sectors of activity, Quebec could have a greater degree of prosperity in the year 2025, with less unemployment than at present, even though we would be consuming no more, and possibly even less, energy. The study indicates how we could shift to this energy path, which is viable in the long term and which offers so much for our future.
