Zusammenfassung:Property valuation is determined by site characteristics and external factors. Among those factors, the importance of appraiser subjectivity in land valuation has been a topic of much debate. This paper revisits that debate and examines the relationship between appraiser subjectivity and rural land appraisals. The results suggest that appraiser subjectivity is a major factor in land valuation.
