Zusammenfassung: | Nineteen fusicoccin derivatives, seven of which were purified from culture filtrates of Fusicoccum amygdali Del. and twelve prepared by chemical modification of the natural product, were assayed for toxicity on tomato cuttings. With a single exception, all t-pentyl derivatives were more active than the corresponding t-pentenyl compounds. Derivatives obtained by the substitution of the t-pentenyl group by hydrogen, those having a di/erent acetylation pattern, and compounds partially deacetylated, were all less toxic than fusicoccin. È stata saggiata la tossicità verso piantine recise di Pomodoro di diciannove derivati della fusicoccina, dei quali sette sono stati purificati dai filtrati di coltura di Fusicoccum amygdali Del. e dodici preparati per modificazione chimica dei prodotti naturali. Con un'unica eccezione, tutti i derivati t-pentilici sono risultati più attivi dei corrispondenti composti t-pentenilici. I derivati ottenuti per sostituzione del gruppo t-pentenilico con l'idrogeno, quelli aventi diversa disposizione dei tre acetili e i composti parzialmente deacetilati sono risultati me no tossici della fusicoccina. Sur des plants coupés de tomate on a essayé la toxicité de dix-neuf dérivés de la fusicoccine, sept desquels ont été purifiés des filtrats de culture du Fusicoccum amygdali Del. et douze ont été préparés par modification chimique des produits naturels. Avec une seule exception, tous les dérivés t-pentyliques ont été plus actifs que les composés t-pentenyliques correspondants. Les dérivés obtenus par substitution du groupe t-pentenylique avec hydrogène, ceux qui ont une différente disposition des trois acétyles et les composés déacétylés ont été moins toxiques que la fusicoccine. |
