An annotated, vouchered checklist is provided of the vascular plant taxa of the 10,100 hectare Lance Rosier Unit, Big Thicket National Preserve, Hardin County, in southeastern Texas. Documented for the unit are 694 taxa of which 71 (10%) are exotics.
