Zusammenfassung: | The manuscript Erfurt University Library, Dep. Erf. CA. 12° 11 (12ᵗʰ century) contains a corpus of sermons ascribed to Augustine of Hippo, of which six have remained until now unknown but are beyond any doubt authentic. The introductory sections of this article focus on the discovery of the texts, a codicological description of the manuscript, and an analysis of its content. The main section gives the editio princeps of three sermons, i. e. 282 auct. (on Perpetua and Felicitas), 362A (De resurrectione mortuorum), and 313G (on Cyprian), each of them preceded by a preface. An edition of the other new sermons is being prepared. |
