Zusammenfassung:The protein isolates from some uncultivated wild leguminous seeds when supplemented with the limiting amino acids, methionine and tryptophan and fed to animals, no untoward symptoms were noticed and the diets proved capable of promoting growth and maintained positive nitrogen balance in them. Also they did not appear to induce any deleterious physiological after-effects on the animals as evinced by liver protein and several liver enzyme assays.
