Making Casework Relevant To Black People: Approaches, Techniques, Theoretical Implications

Helping families that are most seriously deprived economically and culturally presents the sharpest challenge to customary caseworker methods. This paper relates experiences with a group of such families and describes specific techniques of breaking through the isolation of the mothers.
