Zusammenfassung:1. During a survey of the water molds of the state of Florida, 1615 soil and water samples were collected. From these samples 1285 fungi were isolated and identified. Of this total, 94 isolates were not members of the family. A list of the fungi isolated with the number of times each species was collected and brief remarks on each is included. 2. Some evidence not yet conclusive is presented for seasonal variation in species occurrence in this climate.
