Zusammenfassung: | The hazardous substitution of a polymer by specific chemical groups produces biospecific polymers. These polymers interact in a specific manner with different molecules of living systems, with proteins or cellular receptors. We have studied the interactions (cell morphology, cell proliferation and cell attachment) of five differnt cell lines cultured on biospecific microcarriers, whcih have heparin-like properties, derived from polystyrene: The polystyrene sulfonate highly substituted and the polystyrene sulfamide of aspartic acid at different ratios of substitution in aspartic acid. Cells were cultivated on these microcarriers during ten days; the change of culture medium as well as cell counting were done every two days. |
