A continuing problem is the identification of procedures which lead to better balance in such information. Scoring of advocates through competition in statistically identical tasks is one approach to control. Shannon's [7] concept of information in a Bayesian framework is used for illustrative estimation models, and an experiment involving public opinion in an expressway controversy provides an example. |
