In order to manage this wide and inclusive topic, let me state clearly what my focus is: I am seeking to offer a sympathetic, critical reading of the contemporary state of Roman Catholic theology of religions from a Protestant perspective, also including what (in the English-speaking world) is called Evangelical theology.
