Zusammenfassung:	The action framework (Figure 1.2) provided a launching point for framing and informing RWJF’s Culture of Health measurement strategy and measures. In this chapter, we outline the approach to developing this strategy and the selection of the initial set of measures. The measures are intended to capture modifiable drivers of a Culture of Health that link key aspects of each of the four action areas to the health, well-being, and economic outcomes represented in the outcomes area. The measures are not meant to delineate every indicator of population health but, rather, to represent key elements of possible change. In this
