Results

Our search of the electronic databases identified 7,290 publications; two additional studies were found by scanning citations (see Figure 3.1). After duplicates were removed, 4,072 publications were included for title and abstract screening, of which 3,357 were excluded because one or more of the exclusion criteria were met. An additional 690 publications were excluded during full-text review (listed in Appendix B).
