The low rate of access to education for Syrian refugees is a crisis. While Lebanon, Turkey, and Jordan all set policies that enable Syrian refugees to have access to public education, enrollment is low and actual attendance is unknown. Many children have been out of school for several years because after their education was interrupted in Syria, a lack of stable access in the host countries followed.
