Zusammenfassung: | Across India several expansive partnerships are under way to connect citizens with important government services. In return, citizens are receiving high-quality health care and access to bank accounts, which is simultaneously stimulating the economy of India and reducing corruption often referred to as “skimming.” One set of partnerships is widely known as Digital India, a suite of related initiatives to provide every one of India’s more than 1.3 billion residents with a secure identification card through which they can access a national network of public and private services.
