Zusammenfassung:In 1967, Lacan presented a fundamental text on psychoanalysis and politics, “Proposition of 9 October 1967 on the Analyst of the School” (Proposition du Octobre sur le psychanalyste de l’Ecole) (Lacan 1968b). Faced with the need to justify the function of the Freudian School of Psychoanalysis, an institution that he had created, Lacan presented a political formulation in this text that had as its central axis a reflection on the structure of transference.
