Zusammenfassung:The field of occupational safety and health (OSH) is undergoing a significant transformation as the landscape of work changes. In this concluding chapter, we highlight three cross-cutting themes—drawn from recent literature and discussions with thought leaders—that are driving a paradigm shift in the area of OSH. We begin with a discussion of how work and the workforce are changing. Next, we describe the links between work and health, and, finally, we reflect on expanding views of OSH. Collectively, these themes advocate for a Total Worker Health® approach that integrates health protection with broader interventions to advance worker well-being
